A complete retrofitting system solution from a single source – simple and intuitive
We provide retrofitting as an option for your systems and machines in the form of electronic position indicators and fully automated positioning drives. Commissioning is done practically via plug-and-play; source code programming is not necessary. Our autonomous control system for bus-capable SIKO position displays and actuators is used for formula management, control and monitoring. The intuitive user interface makes operation and setting values child's play.
Conventional, time-consuming format adjustment by hand
Manual changeover of a machine is very time-consuming and carries the risk of misadjustments as well as machine jams or the production of low-quality goods or scrap. Conventional mechanical Digital position indicators are the most cost-effective solution for format adjustment, but not always the first choice for sophisticated and quality-oriented production, such as in the pharmaceutical industry. Digital logging of the set values via purely mechanical position displays is not possible either on the device side.
Automatic format adjustment at the touch of a button
If the axles and spindles to be adjusted are difficult to access or if the aim is to make the production settings of the machines 100% precise and reliable, Compact drives are the best solution. The settings are not only achieved the fastest, but are possible at the touch of a button. Older machines can be effortlessly modernized and optimized in terms of efficiency and production quality.

Plug-and-play retrofit solution
Electronic position displays and compact drives can be connected easily with our HMI control to one system. The intuitive HMI control system is suitable for controlling up to 31 bus-capable position indicators and actuators. Using touch control, the next product or format change is selected via stored formulas and the new setpoints are transferred to the positioning devices. After the format change and the machine has been adjusted completely correctly, production can then be continued quickly and safely.
