Sensor Solutions for Mobile Automation

Modern commercial vehicles as we know them today are intelligent, flexible and networked. However, the requirements of robustness and longevity remain the same, because the vehicles and machines are permanently exposed to harsh environments. Regardless of whether subject to hot or cold environments, high shock or vibrations, water, mud or dust, these machines must function reliably under any conditions. To automate mobile machines, entire workflows or even have vehicles run autonomously, it takes smart sensor solutions. SIKO as a competent partner with more than 50 years of experience in position detection supports you as a strong and reliable partner. SIKO provides a wide product range of sensors, specifically and exclusively developed for mobile machines and mobile hydraulics, always with the focus on the application itself. E1 approval by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority, high electromagnetic compatibility, as well as shock and vibration resistance, protection up to IP69K and reliable sensors for applications up to Performance Level d (PLd) are an integral part of almost any sensor. A wide range of interfaces are available to network the robust sensors digitally: CANopen, Devicenet Safety, SAE J1939 or the conventional analog interfaces current and voltage. We see ourselves as a system supplier in the position detection and also work together with our customers to customer-specific solutions to ensure best efficiency at low process costs.  SIKO underlines this technical leadership with the world's first modular sensor "Pure.Mobile", which has been developed 100% for use in commercial vehicles.
